I love Karlie but she really doesn't suit the brand.

i dont find any good thing to say about this campaign. from model choice, to clothes, to concept, they are just bad. what's up with karlie's expression? it's so awful. why does she have to try to hard?

As much as I love Dior and like Karlie, when I placed all the shots of Dior ever since S/S 2010. They all looked cohesive in a bad way. Karlie would be sitting, showing her legs. I'm just disappointed

I really like Karlie for Dior, she suits the brand very well. But I'm not a massive fan of the campaign this season.

This campaign is really bad. But it's bad not because of Karlie.
First of all, clothes are very tacky- and cheap-looking; at second, the background is boring. All these will look disastrous with any model, any!

I love Karlie but she really doesn't suit the brand.

She suits the brand perfectly. I'm sure even Christian Dior himself would've approved her candidature. At least I think so

Also her walk is a catastrophe.

I personally love her walk - it's unique and quite spectacular, but I think it doesn't mean a thing since we're discussing the ad campaign.

She's extremely common looking, just another tall blonde. And thus far she has not produced more than 1 facial expression for Dior. Also her walk is a catastrophe.

...she's not even really blonde. I don't get how she's common looking either. I'm not saying she's distinctive looking like say Melissa Tammerijn (let's face it, fewer and fewer models have "original" looks these days) but I don't think anyone will be mistaking Karlie with another model, even newbie model followers. I'll grant you her walk can be erratic but that's the way she walks on purpose and it works sometimes unlike loads of girls these days who can't help be walking catastrophes.

After 3 seasons of Karlie for Dior now you'd think the haters would calm down and deal with it but nooooo. May you have another 3 seasons for Dior, Karlie!

That said I actually like the campaign, love the retro look. Dior as far as clothing goes has been a bit ridiculous for some time now but at least the campaigns don't hurt on the eyes too much. The new shot though, ick on whatever she's doing with her lips - not a good look.

No I don't think she does, even with all the Photoshop going on there. As regards Christian Dior's opinion... unless he rises from the dead it's hard to figure out.

The major problem for me is that I think they look so fake, that log Karlie is seated on, the backdrop, they look extremely photoshoped but not in a good way, I wonder if they were saving budget yet again...

I loooove this , it's like a modern pin up version, I'm not familiar with this girl Karlie but she did a great job giving this old lagoon look , I feel also a modern Gilda (Rita Hayworth) vibe
I'm really expecting to see the full campaign , Dior is on my list for fave ss ads

I saw a comment about some models being good for this ads, I don't see how Coco would manage to give a pin-up look or many other models
it's really annoying when people at tfs don't like an ad because they don't like the model
