Original Clichy had a rounded/almond nose, original Pigalle had a more pointed nose. Both had the setback heel.

The toe of the Clichy has never changed AFAIK.

Mine are definitely the Clichy 100. The toe does look slightly different on the 120, mostly b/c of the higher cut sides. The heel on the Decollete has a sharper edge around the top of the toe box, and the Decollete heel (graduated heel as opposed to pencil heel). Trust me, I know my Clichys! They are one of my favorite styles. I also own a pair of 120s (and owned and sold another pair), and own two pairs of Pin-up 100s which are basically the Clichy with bow.

^^They're still in stock in at least 2 boutiques worldwide, possibly more. The Clichy 120 is also still on the special order list. The label on the box is the newer one, so mine are from last season at the earliest.
