I'm guessing they were available at the CL boutique in Hong Kong. The camel/red is also available on ebay, and the lavender/black is available on NAP. Can't remember where the black ones were available, maybe one of the CL boutiques in NY.

They're brand new this season. You can call the boutiques and see if you can get on the waiting list; I don't think they've gotten them in yet. Have you called the Saks store and had them do a search? The website stock is not the same as store stock.
