a friend of mine is on the list for the calypso...they are only available at CL las vegas...
the list for them is pretty long already...

they were done for jonathan saunders, the phillip lim ones are slightly different...

To all the lovely ladies suffering from Louboutin Fatigue: I will set up a donation box to ease your burden. ;) At first I liked the Phillip Lim ones more, but now I only like the third pair. I'm such a sucker for red and they're interesting, but functional.

I think the Calypso is also available at either the Singapore or Hong Kong boutique.

selfridges, browns shoe studio and harrods have a terrible selection.
so safe and boring.!!
the only "crazy" shoe they had was the studded pigalle .. most other styles and the obvious ones.. i am looking for special colours, materials etc
i need to see the studded flat... browns had a terrible version with a mini block heel on it.. YUK

that's funny that you girls are talking about cl fatique. i find that i've been branching out lately to other designers ( brian atwood) and find only a few of this season styles that i am really excited over--hello-studded pigalles. but the PL shoes-me likey lots!

I'm digging Brian Atwood too (bought three pairs this year alone), also tried out Valentino, Charlotte Olympia, got another pair of Fendis etc.

I can't work out whether this is because Louboutin's off the boil at the moment, or whether I am just more confident in my tastes. I have to say, I've bought Louboutin Tigresse, Deva, Differa, Piro and Biancas this year so there are still a LOT catching my eye, but I seem to be going for the safer styles from CL, while the showier ones are missing the mark a bit. Those 3.1PL ones above I just hate, they look like they're from Pleaser or something :ninja:

i was only referring to the F/W ones...the boots were so-so. maybe i am getting spoilt! LOL! but yeah--deva, differa and bianca were all beauties!

Glad you approve :flower: Yeah, I was only talking generally really about CL and the other designers I love at the moment. I think I've become bit more fussy with CL, a year ago I would have bought things on impulse whereas now I'm really choosy and am less faithful to CL.

I haven't been feeling the new designs either...and not just because I'm preggers and CLs in general have been too high of a heel for me lately ( I am still rocking the lower heel CLs on occasion). My last purchase was the oxblood glitter VPs and I am craving the VPs with the studs all over them. Beyond that nothing has moved me. I'd probably like some of the boots but generally ignore them since they don't work on my calves and many booties I'd need to size up and since I am 42 normally that is out.

Hi I'm new to this thread but wondering if someone can tell me what styles are out now in the nude patent? I'm looking for a court style similar to the decollete with a 100 heel ideally but could go to 120.

Also, do the CL stores stock past season styles? (maybe a pair or two that they had left over?!) Is there any point calling?

Thanks for any advice!

BTW I'm in the UK.

silk the style that your asking about is generally a carry on style, its a classic so you could easily find it. I would suggest calling the main boutique in london or try popping in harrods, browns etc...if you cant find them give paris a ring...but i am pretty sure you can find them in london, i know someone who purchased them recently there...

Dulcisima thanks! I was planning to go to the London stores in a couple of weeks but didn't want to be disappointed in case I didn't find what I wanted. Yes, what I'm looking for is a classic style that can be worn day and night.

Note to moderators: I didn't know where to put this but I think it's relevent
to this thread because the boxes are decorated with Christian's shoe designs.

Christian has associated with Ladurée (a very famous pastry shop in Paris) to design macaron boxes. He also created a brand new macaron.
The operation is lasting until the end November so if you are coming in Paris try and get your hands on it before they're gone.

The two boxes:

The small Box: I put the Louboutin macarons in it:
