Not a huge fan of studded shoes in general, it's only really a personal thing though in that they don't suit me. I think studded Pigalles are OK, but those ones on page 72 aren't great in my opinion, particularly the pair with the see-through upper which cheapens the look in my opinion.

I agree with the studded clear ones, kinda street walker...Maybe if the studs were on the heel and the clear part was a thinner clear strap, to give off the illusion of nothing there that would have been cool

What would have been really hot is, taking the Helmut and making it like that...Clear toe box, in some bright colors...I think that would have been cool, just have to have some pretty toes :)

Oh no Jellylicious what happened? Attachments aren't working at the moment so I can't view your pic, you could try putting it on Imageshack.us or something? Fingers crossed for you :flower:

Walking in Boston suxs! Look what happen to my Bianca's!!! Is this fixable if i bring it to a cobbler??? The leather got slightly nicked and pushed up--can a cobbler flattened it? I'm heartbroken!

^^I'm trying to upload my image--weird that it's not letting me...trying again!

Jellylicious - can't see the attachment at the moment but it sounds like what I do to my shoes all the time (walking in London sucks too - cobble stones and gaps in the pavements). When I take them in to be reheeled or resoled my shoe-repairer works some magic and they come back with all of the scrapped up leather fixed. It's not completely perfect, but hardly noticeable once they've flattened it down.

booo....nothing is working...i'm going to upload later!:o

It probably won't be working until tomorrow, but if you go to http://www.imageshack.us you can add you pic there, just click browse, then click the upload button and copy and paste the text from the 'Thumbnail for forums (1)' box into your reply and it will have a clickable picture instead :flower:

Oh nooooo, what a horrible place for it to be damaged Did you hit it on a kerb or something? I honestly do not know, maybe some of the other girls here can help, I thought it might have been damaged around the edge of the sole or something.

Also hopefully a highly-regarded cobbler can have a look and give his opinion. Or maybe even a Louboutin Boutique might have some advice? That might be a really silly thing to suggest tho :ninja:

apparently i did get it caught while walking on a dock!!! i'm so mad at myself and so sad since it was my first time wearing them. that's a good idea to call the boutique!!!

anybody else???? is this fixable???

The all black studded ballet flats are not so bad! I actually like them. *shrugs*
I guess different strokes for different folks! But however, I will agree the clear
heels and the nude flats are not as appealing.

^ Fakes, the only websites that sell authentic CL are Net-A-Porter, Browns, Matches, Luis Via Roma and My Theresa (along with some americans department stores websites e.g. Barney's)

frapsylon - complete fakes like beduina says.

Avoid websites with CL or Louboutin etc in the website address other than the official one, avoid ones with prices that are too good to be true, and avoid ones where the only product shots they have are stolen off reputable websites.

Another site to add to beduina's list is TheOutnet.com.

I've posted this list of horrible fake websites before, hopefully you don't mind me posting again with a few additions:

Also be very wary of sites like eBay and iOffer, I would say pretty much all (particularly on iOffer) are fake too.

^Long list!

For others who are wondering about unlisted sites, you can also use http://www.mywot.com/ to look up the reputation, popularity and location of the website server. If there are no ratings for the website, then I think you should avoid the site as a whole.
