Hi Rosalynn--I haven't gotten a chance to fix it yet...still sitting in my closet looking sad. Thanks for checking in. I'll update when I find a good cobbler around me. :D

I just got myself the Scarpe from last S/S, there are not 100% my style but for some reason i always kept coming back to them, today i checked again, they had my size and are on sale so just bought them, they also come in light brown, light blue and yellow, thought i would more wear of them in black. It may be winter but i'm already planning outfits with them in mind

i love the white "tahiti" shoe with the big black flower... you can see it at louboutin's official website... sooooooo gorgeous

They look great beduina. The black color and the style makes it a chameleon so it's easier to pair it to most fashion ensembles.

This is my fave shoe from their S/S collection

Thanks everyone i can't wait to receive them!
IamLordZen i really like those too, there;s a nautical feel to them and that is a trend that keeps coming for back for summer so it wouldn't be money thrown away if it makes sense

I heard on another forum that the official CL cobbler (Cordonierre) in Paris is now doing repairs.

You have to send your shoes off, and I'm not sure of the turnaround times, but the prices are actually incredibly reasonable (under 94 euros to replace the sole), particularly if the life of your Louboutin hangs in the balance!

I'm not sure on the etiquette here of posting links to other forums and I don't just want to copy and paste from another forum, but it's definitely worth bearing in mind if you're like me and walk in eternal fear of damaging your heels.

Has anybody here had the problem of the leather /lacquer coming off the heel?

I wore my nude patent YoYos in some muddy grass and now the leather has chipped off the actual stiletto. I am so upset with myself for wearing them!

Did you see my post #1087? Can we see a pix? I was so upset too!!! Rosalynn has gotten some info on the CL official cobbler who can rewrap your heel in its original leather/patent if it's a style that is current/classic. It's pricey and you have to send it off to Paris, i believe it's 45 euro for rewrapping. I'm considering it for myself.

some of my favs...

frapsylon - complete fakes like beduina says.

Avoid websites with CL or Louboutin etc in the website address other than the official one, avoid ones with prices that are too good to be true, and avoid ones where the only product shots they have are stolen off reputable websites.

Another site to add to beduina's list is TheOutnet.com.

I've posted this list of horrible fake websites before, hopefully you don't mind me posting again with a few additions:

this website claims to be selling real Loubs, the guy says that he just took random pix he found online which is kinda odd if u re selling real Loubs

Bit suss if you ask me. Can't find out much information on the site either, no registered owner etc, and it seems very suspect that they have all these shoes but can't take photos of them.

At best, they're genuine shoes and a bit of a tinpot company because they steal images from other websites with no guarantee of customer service, at worst they're no better than the ones in the list above and are nasty fakes.

The .ma is the country TLD (Top Level Domain) name for Morocco. Does the store indicate they are based in Morocco?

ya i know it s in morocco. they have a facebook page where i told the owner that some pix he posted are fakes and he sent me a very insulting msg saying he doesn sell fakes blah blah blah. and he has someone buying the shoes from the paris store and he sells them online. they had a big launch party very hyped but i still think he sells fakes
u cant have a website where u sell 40$ shoes and 800$ shoes...
the website was officially launched january 1st, and they do say that they are in morocco since they do delivery in Morocco only...but something about it is iffy. u can either get ur shoes delivered or u can pick them up at the "showroom"

Well, I wouldn't do business with someone who sends you very insulting messages (not that I'm implying you would).

Another one to avoid I think.

Plus if he has legit products, why doesn't he take pictures like every other online Louboutin stockist. Dodge-geeeee.

hahha u re right he said that i was jealous and that i know nothing about shoes and the other girl who told him they were fake well he blocked her
