2011 Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute Gala

Ciara wears a gorgeous gown by Prabal Gurung as she hits the red carpet at the MET Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 2) in New York City.

The 25-year-old entertainer accessorized with jewelry by Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira and even added a fun manicure.

“En route to the met! Always rushing! Aaah! dress is Prabal Gurung! It’s very reminiscent of Alexander McQueen! Love!” Ciara wrote on her Twitter account before heading to the star studded event.

Gorge. Very Statuesque. She'd make a great model. Something is off though. I think its the wig...it looks lank...almost Greasy.

The lower half of her face is quite strong and masculine...thats not a big deal because she has the same jaw as Selita Ebanks - and she is stunning. BUt she needs to be work her angles. IMO she should have scraped the hair back in a high knot or long thick plait and worn huge Ethnic earrings to match the cuff. More is more on a girl like Ci <3
