I know she's had health problems, but I definitely think she's been having work done on her face judging by those shots and its looks terrible. It's a shame, she was naturally a very beautiful girl.

Maybe you're right! You don't see it with the main shot, but defs with BTS. Initially I thought the puffiness was due to weight gain, but maybe it is plastic surgery. Third shot looks very suspect.
