:::Claps::: As a proud future Ole Miss student, I can say that we have some of the best dressers for college. Even if you think MS isn't stylish, Oxford, Jackson, and the Gulf Coast are very up to date and classic. Ole Miss is very big in designer things and also it's uber-preppy. :) As a 'coastie'- LV & Prada are huge, Lacoste & Izod, Khakis and Seven for All Mankind, Clark Wallabes and Patagonia & North Face Jackets...
:innocent: Hotty Toddy Gosh Almighty Who the Hell Are We? Flim Flam,
Blim Blam, OLE MISS by damn! :innocent:

Oh- I forgot something! :innocent: Preppy hot guys at Ole Miss (never ever ever uofmiss!) and we have Eli Manning until May :::drools:::

What is Ole like for a college i need to start looking.......just 3 and 1/2 yrs

Ole Miss is a little too unoriginal for me. It screams to me "i'm wearing designer there for I have style" just have the clothes does not instantly make one stylish but the photo's they showed do have general classic style. I love the NYU girl who is just wearing a shirt?! hehe I think it's fun and the shot is really cool.

Ole Miss may not scream individual style, but everyone is almost always amazingly dressed. It's the Southern Belle-ness... Football games are awesome (especially against LSU!) I'd highly recommend Ole Miss as a college to anyone. They've actually produced more Rhodes scholars than Harvard! The only thing is that it's very socialite... it's all about being in the right greek system... and most people know other people, so unless you have connections it's hard to get in for some. I'm sorry but southern guys (a lot) at Ole Miss, LSU, and Tulane are usually hot. Ole Miss is polos, button downs, flip flops, khakis and dixie outfitters shirts.. and clarks. Y'all please don't call Ole Miss Ole or UofMiss (it doesn't work.. sorry! not trying to be rude! :flower: ) and new orleans in pronounced naw lins...
;) GRITS- girls raised in the south ;)

Sounds pretty clique-y to me; I would most definately not fit in there.... B)

I should take pics of people on UHM campus. wow. blows these girls away.

UHM?? Im going there this fall.. we have a lot of girls carrying around designer bags.. coach is HUGE here.. not for me tho..

although i admit i am a prep myself.. i would rather attend a school w/ more social/racial diversity.. but im digging the fashion at ole miss a whole lot!

While Ole Miss is cliquey, it's still a really fabulous place with wonderful people. It's so full of culture too- Oxford itself is amazing (Oprah said it has the best apple pie!) and William Faulkner's house is still there. I think that's something a lot of people don't give MS credit for- our ability to have culture. There are some wonderful designers here instate, and Jackson has amazing shops (one store is like Bergdorfs & Bendels in size and what they have) and I think the reason Ole Miss is soo well dressed is that everyone takes advantage of being close to Jackson, New Orleans, the Gulf Coast, and TN....

UHM is great. there is such a different feel here... maybe because its the crossroads in between Japan and LA. I hardly ever see anyone wearing LV. I've seen a few girly bags, but mostly weird quirky outfits. The japanese students tend to wear more funky clothes. There is also lots of surfer-wear here.

I used to go to FSU where the campus clothes were either really preppy or very south beach. Think Meg Ryan in a short white denim skirt, white abercrombie tops with brown loafers and a khaki Coach pouchette and Kelly Clarkson in tight jeans with crochet on the sides, a black beaded butterfly shaped top and 5in stripper platforms wearing a black Gucci belt bag.

Here in Hawaii, its more like, tight blue jeans, rainbows, and funky shirts. Lots of warm weather clothes year round and not too many high heeled shoes running about.

yeah, i've been there. my cousins go to school there. yes, the guys are very hot.

BUT the guys at my school are just as or even hotter especially us men of FIJI -- whoop! go Texas A&M!

I'm from the south and the dressing down here is classy and conservative. Not too sure about Ole Miss, but Tulane (where I will be attending) has some nice dressers as well as LSU, both genders. I just think it is the relaxed feeling of the south that shows in the way the people dress. B)

Yes- I forgot Tulane- FABULOUS dressing, as does LSU- I have friends at both :D I  being Southern... it's dressy and it's casual! Plus, we have the best accent in south ms/la... it's southern, but still a tad 'nawlins' and we've got great college... I forgot Spring Hill!
