It was realesed last week.

There are 5 scents Nomad Tea (moroccan mint tea, indeed), Burnt Sugar, Sticky Cake, Wood Coffee and Spicy Cocoa.

The packaging is "new": diff. bottles for each scent. I have heard they remind "old, cheap glass":-), butterfly, round-bottomed, clear glass with gold lips. Seem to be very "Dover Street":-)

Anybody tried or have pictures, please please post:-)

Nqth - good man, thanks for pointing this out. I haven't seen it yet, but it sounds really interesting. I may try to get my hands on some today. I will post if I do!

not sure I want to smell of chocolate or coffee. I have never liked food smells much (except fruit). not sure about this.

Helena! How can you say that!? You know it will be good. I smell of Tar today as it happens, and I know you like that. Hehe.

thanks nqth!
are those limited editions?

and slightly off-topic. what's the best place to buy CdG perfumes in Paris?

i might like this...i will have to check it out...
hope it smells good...i could use a new scent...

It's called the place du marche st honore - just off the rue st honore accross from Colette. You'll also get all of the perfumes in Colette.

I quite fancy smelling like a nomadic tea.

yep thats it.

ok johnny as long as its not coffee. poo!

the tea one is the one that i'm intrigued by...sound light and fresh...which could be good for spring...as long as it's not too minty...

LOL... :p

thanks for the links ngth...a whole community dedicated to fragrances...i never knew people were so interested in such...

after having read mike's impressions...i think i will go buy myself some mint tea and just skip the cologne... :innocent:

You are welcome, Softgrey:-)

I tried it today:-) at the Guerrilla, they have just for testing.

The Nomad Tea is sweet and refreshing, like frozen green tea, maybe is because of the mint.

Wood Coffee is dark, soft and, bitter-sweet woody. It's a softer version of Serge Lutens's Arabie, imo:-)

Sticky Cake smells of lipstic, haha, sweet and slightly powdery, dates, iris. Perfectly girlie:-)

Spicy Cocoa is like a chocolate cake, soft, sweet, with some fruits and a chocolate icing. Fruity M&M also came to my mind.

Burnt Sugar is wierd. I feel nothing but "gum":-) It then becomes sweet, spicy with vanila.

The bottles are real fun, half hand made, butterfly (the lipstic one) is surprisingly my fav.:-)))
