Oh God, so based on the past few comments it's between Adwoah, Kaia, Naomi, and quite possibly......Kim Kardashian???? None of these women appeal to me, but Naomi can often do stunning covers.

What's worrying is that Kim isnt unlikely. Especially not with her beauty line selling so well. I wonder how much money women spend on beauty if Kim, Kylie, Madonna and Rihanna's makeup lines continually sell so well. At some stage it will get quite saturated, I'm sure.

and the accompanying article says: "The cover will be revealed early this week, and the magazine itself will land on news stands on November 10. Vogue subscribers will receive their copies as early as November 8..."

So hopefully we'll see the cover on Monday or Tuesday!

The reason Naomi hasn't been on the cover of British vogue for years is because nobody wants to buy a magazine with her on the cover. She is extremely unlikeable and the great british public dont like or warm to her.
Unless she is with others, i very much doubt she will be on the cover. It wont sell. Magazines are a business.

I just hope, if not Naomi, the first cover goes to a model (preferably not a British one because they're unattractive) I'm thinking Natasha, Doutzen or Vittoria-ladies whos images capture attention. Plus, they only need British Vogue to achieve "the Big Four"!!

I don’t think Kim will be on the cover. An Instagram post mentioning her hair transformation could just be promo for her new perfume. I just hope that Millie isn’t on the cover. She’s overexposed & overrated. A group shot of Naomi with other black British models would be great, considering she’s close to many of them and has helped them out in the past.

Naomi hasn't landed a British Vogue cover in years not only because her personality is less than endearing to the public but quite frankly, very few people want to actually work with her. Only the ones who are willing to be BFF's and air kiss till the cows come home are team Naomi, of which Edward is very much one. Whatever his talents may be and however good the magazine may be under his reign, he is very much one of the 'set' now.

I don't think that is true a cover with Naomi would sell and you might be suprise by the audience who will buy this not only the wealthy peeps but it could captive this interest of a more "urban" audience

Magazine are just lazy and scared to take risk and thinks "Oh lets put a Kate/Edie/Jean on the cover we cant do no wrong with that"

Anyway I'm quite surprise Kate is not inclued in that teaser and like few of us said I'm also getting less excited by that cover

I hope Edie is not the covergirl I know she's one of Edward girl but she is already too associated to the previous area of the Magazine
Jean Campbell has nothing to do her for me but thats a personnal opinion
No one mentionned it but also girls like Stella Tennant or Jourdan Dunn could get it since the cover girl will be someone who reflects the new vision and who will feature on the magazine a bunch of time in the future

I could see a Daria cover if its really a big annoucement coming even if she is not brit , shes been on low profile mode for quite some time now. I really hope its a stellar cover

Or he could release a range of covers - which is the typical trend for magazines that want to wow, but also play it safe by pleasing a range of people. Multiple covers weren't the norm for the old-style UK Vogue, but that doesn't mean we won't see them for this one. Just a thought.

I don't think most people care enough to hate her. But she has said many times that a lot of people think she is American, and how it pains her because she feels very British.
So that might be a reason too.

I'm inclined to believe the theory that Naomi's foul temper is the reason why her British covers are so few. People cannot pin all the blame on Alexandra. Where are Naomi's regular Elle, Harper's, Love covers then?
Also, Eight is correct in saying that the British public at large does not care for her. It is well documented that the ratings for The Face was abysmal. She's forever late for her Burberry shows, and even the one time they braved to give her a campaign she came late. No wonder she never get repeats. How is it possible to support someone with such a troublesome behaviour? Then there's the stank of the Blackberry affair. I'm convinced the British media unofficially denounced her after she did her community service in couture for W, and the subsequent condescending comments she made at the blood diamond story as well. It's just all so tasteless.

I'm not surprised she's more liked in the US personally. It's a cultural difference after all. They revere the likes of the Kardashians and the Housewives so Naomi won't be much of a stretch.

Vogue.com stays shading Ivanka Trump I thought with her history with the magazine she would be more likely to get a cover... but its obviously not going to happen and they pretty much ignore Melania ...

Vogue is very wishy washy with the Trumps. On one hand they’re constantly bashing Donald & Ivanka, on the other they’re oohing and aahing at Melania’s dress choices. There is at least one weekly update on what Melania wore to meet whomever. I’m certain Melania will get a cover before the next election.
