The US Vogue rumor is fake

Was too good to be true. Reddit predictions were more probable.

Though, I really want Julia Roberts to return

Assuming whoever is on US Vogue is promoting something that's getting released around that time (not necessarily a safe assumption, but it's a starting point), there's Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Lopez, and Jessica Chastain with big movies out in September. Cardi B is in a movie in September and may have an album out this fall. Lady Gaga is rumored to have an album coming out this fall as well. And Taylor Swift has an album out in August. I don't think Chastain would get a September cover and I don't think Kidman would either, at this point. Any one of the others would be fair game. Normally I'd write of Cardi as well, but Anna was recently praising her, so who knows.

Such a crime that Rihanna still doesn’t have a US Vogue September cover. And the talks of T. Swift getting one before her. Hell Beyonce got two September covers. One was tired as hell and the Sept 2018 was better.

I imagine Cardi B would get a Vogue US cover by the end of the year. Anna said that she was completely in awe of the Thom Browne dress that Cardi wore to the MET Gala this year, that she looked fantastic and that she has completely rethought her opinion of her style. She even said "she rocks".

As we speak, I'm doing one of those UK Vogue surveys... it's asked me if I prefer a coverline about 'fashion royalty' or 'supermodel style', and now it's asking me which coverline about Kaia Gerber I prefer. Also mentioned is Claire Foy and Matt Smith returning to the stage, and OH GOD HAILEY BIEBER coverline options. The same number of coverline options that Kaia had. Plus Bottega Veneta , Grayson Perry, and at home with Claudia Schiffer.

Please, please, please NO to Hailey goddamn Bieber I don't ever want to see her on a Vogue cover again. Kaia is more than welcome if they get Meisel to shoot her like he did in march last year.

At first I thought negativity about Hailey getting a cover but if it looks good then I can’t really complain, I was one of a few that liked her US cover.

Extremely excited by Kaia getting a cover, especially if Meisel shoots it!!!

I’m assuming these will be for October/November or December? I’m not knowledgable of the timescale of creating a magazine.

I like the sound of Kaia by Meisel again.

To my mind, he hardly ever worked with Cindy over the decades. I remember a few US Vogue covers in the 90s and some stuff from the 80s, but it's not much when you consider how much work she did in general. He could end up shooting more with her daughter in the space of a few years than he did for Cindy during her entire career.

I'm guessing that Kaia will get a cover after she turns 18 (which will be in September this year). So maybe December? Since December has been model shoots by Meisel for the past 2 years.

I'd be down for seeing Kaia Gerber on the cover of British Vogue too, especially if she were to be photographed by Steven Meisel.
