I wouldn’t be surprise if Daria lands a sept cover. But I doubt she and miesel will ever work together again.

Karen deserves it! I don't remember her last British Vogue cover, but one by Meisel, it's beyond welcome. Also waiting for Daria! I hope the expectation doesn't end as Gemma's comeback in 2015/16.

I actually don't think she has any British Vogue covers other than September 2008? I couldn't recall any, so I looked it up and she indeed only appears to have the one. It seems blasphemous for such a successful British model! Even Alexa Chung has more.

She technically got two covers. She is on the fold out of the January 2002 group cover. But indeed so weird she hasn’t appeared on more covers.

US Vogue cover should be released tomorrow because they usually release the cover 2 weeks before the on sale date (Aug 23rd).

I heard someone say in passing the UK cover was awaiting an announcement by someone, so assuming someone is discussing something / a project in the interview that can’t yet be disclosed. No idea who it could be with that in mind.

Interesting... Jennifer Lopez announced her album in November, but she didn't say it would come with a movie for Amazon (Prime Video), it hasn't been released yet due to the strike.

Interesting. If they’re timing it to coincide with (or follow) an announcement, my mind immediately jumps to it being a pop star - especially given the actor’s strike going on.

Is anyone rumoured to be releasing an album soon? I’ve no idea - maybe Adele? Ariana? Beyoncé again? Taylor just released her latest re-recording and also released Midnights last year, so that doesn’t seem likely. Can’t see it being Gaga either. Rihanna was just on the March cover so that rules her out.

Maybe it’s nothing to do with new music and it’s some other kind of announcement? I wonder what it could be.

It’s been a celebrity-heavy year for British Vogue, I was really hoping for a model. Maybe a model is coming out with a new product line of some sort - it would make sense to announce that kind of thing alongside a Vogue shoot.

It could be the most ridiculous of reasons I suppose, someone doesn’t want to talk about a wedding they had until a certain date, or a break up, who knows.

It could also be brand led too, perhaps. Wearing something that can’t be shown yet? Phoebe Philo?

I think it’ll announce, but not release until say November. So there’s two in one year, as there was with Fearless/Red TV.

I don’t feel like it’s Taylor, personally. I think if it is being held pending something, it’s likely to be something potentially not all that interesting

Apparently, Sofia Coppola will be british Vogue September cover according to fashion twitter. “Age of Change” is the theme of this year’s september issue.
The cover is a black and white profile photo of her with white masthead and looks very Meisel’s style.
