^The cover story and the cover shoot is based on Spike Jonze’s adaptation of Where The Wild Things Are. The fashion story incorporates the official Opening Ceremony line of WTWTA clothes, monster suits and accessories, alongside leading designers’ creations.

I don't know why people think Laetitia Casta is irrelevant... Like her or not, she was really big as a model despite being shorter and fuller than other models, she was YSL's muse, had (and still has) a huge commercial success being the body of VS and the face of L'Oréal, was chosen as the face of the French Repulic (Marianne) and is one of the most famous model-turned-actresses that'll star in one of the most anticipated French films next year... I for one am excited about this, I think she photographs beautifully and I'm sure Carine will do something great with her!

M.I.A. supposedly met with Anna Wintour yesterday. I wonder if this has something to do with Lady Gaga meeting with her as well, perhaps there's some kind of group photo-shoot in the works.

.M.I.A. has been festured in Vogue before, so it's not that unexpected to see her in Vogue again. Good for her.

^I guess she wore a suit from the Goodwill to the meeting. And then decided to challenge Anna, questioning Obama's Nobel Peace Prize win. The woman definitely is bold. Gotta love her. I hope she gets a cover just for the sheer fact that she is so audacious !

And talking about adacious... What about a Vogue India cover?

It would be interesting to see Lady Gaga on the cover of US Vogue, so I'm not against it, I don't think America/the world is ready for a Lady Gaga US Vogue cover, unless Leibovitz uses her magic/photoshop/'totally ruin a perfect shoot' wand to make her into some kind of Stepford Wife.

It's hardly her fault if cover photoshopping goes awry. She hands over her shots to the Vogue staff.

I would personally hate to see Lady GaGa on the cover of Vogue.
I'm still waiting for her to fall into a hole.

Another one of Kate Hudson's Harper's shots surfaced in a magazine here in the UK. She holding hands with her son, who also features in the ed. While she seems to be dressed as a bride, he's in a little suit..
