I agree. I think they look cute with jeans and skirts. Hell, why not some dresses too.

same here. unfortunately for my eyes. people are dressed like that in my city and are too cocky to see the trends or adjust to them. I bought a pair of second hand black suede cowboy boots at Value Village and I love them. I hardly see anyone in cowboy boots but I do see cowboy hats which are ridicious actually. I once saw a girl dressed in all peacock blue - capris, t-shirt, purse, and cowboy hat. It was horrendous.ShockTart55 said:hey Im from miami!! and you're right, people down here (at least the ones I see) are either decked out in "urban"/ghetto wear or abercrombie and AE crap, they can't see past that...

If you're on a ranch, fine. On a horse, cool. In Texas, fabulous.
LA or Miami shopping? Too trendy to be taken seriously.

Sephora_Socialite said:^ Sure get and wear what you like. That's when you should get a item...when its a like and not because you have to jump the bandwagon trend.
I like them for comfy days to throw something with jeans and a tee not for the sake of trend. I just want something easy when I just have to run a quick errand or something and you can only wear flipflops and Vans slip-ons so much before it get boring....I'm looking into a new cowboy boot...possibly in red.
