seems like this has been one of the shoe staples amongst hipsters since the dawn of *ahem* well...hipsters...

Yeah I was going to say, I've been seeing these for years on the feet of hipster indie kids. Haven't really seen anyone else wearing them. I think with the right styling they can look super cute, but it's not something I think I'd wear.

oh my god, what's wrong with me?!?!?! I kind of like them... and usually I loath cow boy boots, but these have a different air about them...if you know what I mean, I actually think they kind of look good.

yep....more than half the trends in this forum are things indie kids have been wearing for years here...just a matter of time before the trend gets capitalized on and made for the masses....kinda sad if you ask me...it's the part of fashion I dont take kindly too......oversaturation is not a good thing....and with every season, im seeing less innovation and more cookie-cutter trend factory lines....hollywoods the same. man, it's making me all bitter...
