^ Is Elite really a reliable agency ? Thing is, I heard that they rearrange their boards quite often... At some point I heard that they were dropping off all the models, who weren't a 'supermodel material', some other time - that they were leaving more commercial, 'money' models and putting all the other ones on hold, which basicly means dropping them off... Besides, all the gossip there has been about the dirt in Elite Milan devision... I know it was a long time ago, but still...

I would be happy if someone who know what kind of agency they are in terms of professional ethics could clarify those things for me. TIA !

I'm with vision and seriously they are the some of the nicest most dedicated team of agents ever. they will work so hard for you. they are truthful but at the same time kind, like a loving mother that only wants the best for you. they also don't take anything too seriously, and they just work really damn hard.
