i was so bored today with nothing to do, so i customised this old night gown type thing into a dress for my sis.. i was gonna post a pic but i have no idea how haha im a bit slooow

ok here they are, now i know the first one is pink but they were both the same thing to start off with. The second pic is the after shot.. It's not too flash but i think its ok

Vampire and Soft, Both are pure lovelyness :crush:

I tried for the first time to alter a pair of jeans. They got a bit of paint on them so I thought I could refresh them, But I think they became a bit too skinny

My pleasure, coinoperatedboy :flower: Thanks for posting the dress. It looks great! Your sis should be very pleased ^_^

Tine - Congrats on your first jean alteration! You're one step ahead of me  Did you find sewing the denim difficult? Also, not sure what you mean by 'skins', so I'm not sure if it's the right word or not

Curious, thanks, :p no it wasn't difficult at all, It just took me some time to find out how much i had to alter them  :D

francesca yay... thanks :flower:

I just made a few pompoms with eyes, just don't know what to do with them yet
inspired by moschino cheap&chic f/w 05 ^_^

I painted this in the back of my boyfriends hoodie

 Nice Urd! The jacket is sweet, too. Excellent job...

Tine - how fun :bounce:

urd - nice drawing. i like your artistic abilities

here's something i did yesterday morning.

so i bought the thrift shirt for like 6 bucks or so.. it was ginormous on me so i slimmed it down to be more skinny and fit me better, did some customization to it, a here it is...

ok...
i made this skirt...
it's not quite done yet...i need to add a ribbon...
but i was trying it on and chris took some pics...
*it was a 1950's silk twill dress that i took apart...
it was really full and had a crinoline which i removed...
i added muslin to give it volume and stability...
it wraps around-is gathered in the front and smooth in the back...
longer in front and shorter in back...
(i made a top out of the other half of the dress...)

*i don't know if this is really a customization so much as re-worked completely...
but since i technically didn't start from scratch...i put it here...
