So they went back to what D&G is, and thank god they did! whether they try ultra modern or super classy... it's never good. Cheap denim becomes them!!
young attitude, corsets, leopard, long straight hair, tanned skin, faded denim, aviators, leather... it's all there!
it's just too bad it looks somewhat out of touch, no? maybe that's not the expression i am looking for. What i mean is that it doesnt make any kind of statement, it could be 2010 or 2003, the cowboy is passé, nothing we don't already know. not designing, but styling. poor styling.
i hope they have something much better for the DG show.
it's also very unaccessorized, which is strange. i would expect them to be throwing product, product, product on the runway.
the only little highlight: the boots. not necessarily for the actual design of the boot, or the fringes et al, but for the 'effect' on the silhouette. they are wide, but not "slouchy" (?)
