Daily Exercise

Ran 6 miles yesterday, 1 hour yoga
walked 5 miles today in MBTs

feel like I can't even keep up to all the indulgence of the season, though!
 
I need to find something to take my mind off all the food at work! oh my goodness, I'm going to go insane - damn holidays! :angry:

After work I'm gonna head over to the gym and run/walk on the treadmill for as much as my body can go, and then do some squats & ab crunches. I'm so looking forward to it! :D
 
same here :( im actually depressed over this.. i munch so much i feel to heavy to workout.. but then i regret it in this morning
right now I feel so gross.. so during the hockey game I will slowly begin doing some streching, some ab and glute work..
 
150 reps on the jumping rope and a few lunges. I had some pain in my kidney, because I haven't been drinking much water lately so I couldn't complete my exercising routine.
 
lifting a *** to my mouth and lighting.im a dance teacher so i get my fair share of exerecise
 
Walked today. It's just so cold outside. :shock: But I plan to go to the gym tomorrow.
 
I'm just wondering what gyms you TFSers belong to. I go to a brand new gym at a hospital nearby when I'm home during college breaks (at college I work out in the college's gym). But since it's in a hospital, there are basically NO people in their 20's there like me. I'd really like to go to a gym where the classes aren't filled with people over 40 (just because I feel a little out of place). Any recommendations? Does anyone belong to the New York Sports Club or LA Fitness especially? And does anyone know if there are free trails anywhere right now?

Is that the reason why we get cramps when jumping and doing jumping jacks? lack of water? because i drink ALOT OF water.... about 2 litre bottles a day or more. But before I workout i don't drink because then I have to go to the washroom lol


exercise today : waitress 5 hours.. 100 jumping jacks... 150 crunches and situps
 
Carrme .. I am not sure if the cramps we usually get during exercise has anything to do with our water consumption.

In my case its different though. I get the pain in my kidneys throughout the day (not when I'm exercising only), because I'm taking a lot of medication and I drink only 1 liter of water / day (sometimes even less than 1 liter).
 
oh okay thanks anyways. it gets me soo mad because i dont even feel tired, but because of the cramps i have to stop

30 lunges
20 squats
20 situps and dancing again to Pussycat dolls :)
 
an hour and a half of cardio yesterday (6 miles treadmill, then elliptical machine)
300 abs
2 min plank
stretching
 
long time no post for me buuuut after having a wonderful 3-day break over chrissy I hit the gym today and did 30mins on the treadmill, 30mins of crosstrainer and 30mins weights. Feeling fantastic and not so much like a christmas pudding :)
 
Went running today...^_^ It felt good after eating like a pig these last few days :rolleyes:
