Daily Exercise

45 mins of cross trainer :)
First proper exercise in a week because of a nasty foot injury!
Yay for being back on the exercise bandwagon!!!
 
My struggle to get some daily exercize

Today was the WORST lunch ever! I had chest pains seriously because I couldn't get to the GYM again. It made me so mad. I was raging. I got to the gym at 12:10 then I couldn't find parking. I went around and around it until I finally got to ask a worker there where the hell there was parking. He said the structure super far away. Then I got back in my car and I drove to the structure. Then I circled around and around until I finally got to the top. I couldn't find the spaces for visitors. It was all FUKING reserved and sh*t for every company. So at 12:30 I gave up I was so pissed. I tried to drive over to southcoast but then I realized that my phone wasn't working and I had an appointment for work where I had to be at 1:00. Then I turned around drove home. f*cking TMOBILE!! I drove home and by that time it was time to go to the appointment. I drove back to newport beach and I got there 10 minutes later. But I managed to eat in the car and make a doctors appointment to see the cardiologist. YES! Beat the f*cking bad luck b*tch! hahahaha I at least did something right and got something accomplished. I Was so mad at the 24 hr fitness for being so inconvienent that I almost had a heart attack. I'm pissed right now just thinking about it. But tomorrow I'm going to wake up early, go to our gym and then work out there so I don't have to worry about the godforsaken lunchtime workout. I guess its just not meant to be right now. f*ck 24 hr fitness!!! and TMOBILE...........SO PISSED

Today I did an hour and 15 min Cardio Kick Boxing class. Really great all-around workout class.
 
In about an hour I'm going to go do my 45 minute walk to the bus stop. I'm tempted to make it longer, cause it's the only exercise I really get anymore.
 
I got to the gym this morning for 30 minutes! So Happy I did the elliptical and the cycle
 
I usually have the same schedule everyday (unless I'm insanely sore):

treadmill for 30 minutes on fat burn mode (incline) at 3.3
DDR on Heavy mode for 1 hr 30 min
squats, lunges, and the rest of that butt stuff!
