Daily Exercise

1 hour ashtanga :heart:
strolled the 20 mins there and back :p

Fox - I don't know how you have the energy for all your exercise!
 
I took a weight's class last night and couldn't do the full hour. I totally went down and I thought I almost gave myself a hernia holding up this huge barbell.

Today I've got a nice 30 dance aerobics class, shouldn't be too bad and it wont kick my ****
 
this morning walked quickly an hour on the treadmill
going to run an hour after work (outside!!! it's nice out, yay!)
 
ran 2 miles on the treadmill
biked 3 miles
lifted weights for 10 mins (5, 10, and 15 pounds)
different ab exercises
did lots of stretching
 
1 hour walking. 12 000 steps
planning to do some strenght training as well
 
5k run
2 x 8 pushups (proper boy ones, none of your sissy girl ones :p)
some pilates work for my stomach

I was tired today...
 
It's been raining outside all day and I've been feeling a bit sick so...I did nothing today :( I'm hoping I can do some aerobics or something tomorrow though ^_^
 
yesterday walked a couple of hours
today did 1 hour of cardio (intense on the treadmill for 30 mins, more gentle on the incline bike 30 mins)
walking an hour altogether, later
