Daily Exercise

An hour of step in the morning before the babies woke up, then a 1.5 hour post-natal abdominal and pelvic floor exercise class at night! And all the walking pushing 20kilos worth of babies during the day in the pram which is another don't know how mnay kilos!
 
One hour Pilates (home, with a video)
and some squats, lunges etc... (my butt hurts!)

KatieD, how many babies do you have??
 
2!! A three month old and a two year old, but he's just turned two so I still call him A baby too! I realise how funny that sounds above! 20 kilos worth of babies!!!

This morning I did half an hour of abdominals and core strengthening exercises and an hour's speed walking pushing the double stroller!
 
5 k run
20 mins elliptical
bicep curls, tricep dips, lat raises
abs
sstttrreeeeeetttcccchhh :p
 
2 hours of squash
1 hour of laser game

I've been trying to get into better shape so diet & exercise have been musts for me. It was my birthday weekend last weekend... so I haven't really exercised since Thursday.

On that note, I'm going to make myself go to the gym right now.
 
30 min elliptical and 3 sets of leg curls...i saw my school principal and had to get out of the gym fast!

but on any other day i usually do 30 min elliptical 15 min treadmill 10 min of various weights and 10 min stretch
 
5 stand ups on bench, 5 lunges, 10mins of running, 5 pushups, 30 sit-ups.

Q: when do you start to lose weight when you excersise and how long does it take?
