Daily Exercise

I did an hour of KI-balance today, but it wasn't really that great, so I doubt I'll be going again.
 
2 mile run this morning....attempted to do some interval training but it kicked my *** in the end :doh:
 
Yesterday: cycle class- 45mins and 30min run

today: 1hr weights and 20mins on cross trainer

My legs and butt are still hurting!!
 
can i get abs somewhat like these with just crunches? or will i have to do situps too?:blush:
just curious..i dont wanna waste my time on a move that doesnt work

The most important factor in seeing abdominal definition is body fat percentage....so if it was at a low enough level you'd see them. Crunches only really work the top abs, you should throw in some obliques work and some pilates moves to target the other abdominal muscles :flower:
 
why thanks babe ;)... welli definetyl have some... put to feel them i have to stick my finger throught some " fat" so i guess now ill work on cutting back fat..
