I started jogging today. My first goal is to be able to run for 30 minutes nonstop. I didn't take time today, but I would say I jogged for twenty minutes. What made it harder was the fact that there's ice and snow on the ground.
Then I did 20 sit-ups and 20 exercises for my back.
I finished with stretching.
I do 30 minutes of hardcore dancehall dancing/rave dancing in the morning, then i do 100 crunches in the evening. Needless to say, every drop of calorie that i eat disappears, IMMEDIATELY..LOL!
had the best workout... 35min on treadmill (incline 4.0, speed 10.6), 15min xtrainer and half an hour of weights (also set my leg press record 80kg!!). And all before work!
