^ That's really great!! I wanted to do that last night but my friends and I just ended up going to pubs, but the good thing about that is you do a lot of walking around!
^ Haha yeah, that's what I basically did. Walked to a bar, then walked to club and danced the night away. It's such good exercise (especially when you don't go overboard on the drinks!).
I get too sweaty dancing in hot bars/ clubs....shiny face and fuzzy hair aren't usually the looks I go for on a night out, so the calorie burn is kept to a minimum
^ hehe that's a good point!! I've never really tried it though because usually my shoes don't really allow it So I wouldn't know... but I guess any dancing is really great at the end of the day!
