Daily Exercise

^ Awesome! ^_^

Today I:
- walked at various inclines for 1 mile
- ran for 1 mile
- lifted weights for about 20 mins
 
Last night I walked about a mile around town and danced for like 2 1/2 hours straight!
 
^ That's really great!! I wanted to do that last night but my friends and I just ended up going to pubs, but the good thing about that is you do a lot of walking around!
 
^ Haha yeah, that's what I basically did. :p Walked to a bar, then walked to club and danced the night away. ;) It's such good exercise (especially when you don't go overboard on the drinks!).
 
I get too sweaty dancing in hot bars/ clubs....shiny face and fuzzy hair aren't usually the looks I go for on a night out, so the calorie burn is kept to a minimum ;)

Today:

ran 5.5k
went shopping for 2 hours :p
 
^ hehe that's a good point!! I've never really tried it though because usually my shoes don't really allow it :( So I wouldn't know... but I guess any dancing is really great at the end of the day!
 
Yesterday I did about .5 miles walking/jogging around a track, 2 miles on the elliptical, lots of abs and weights, and then I biked for about 3 miles. ^_^
 
30 minutes on the treadmill (I averaged about 3.5 speed with no incline)
15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the bike (I got up to 3.35 miles!)
 
my usual:
mini-yoga snack in the morning
+
1 mile walk to work (uphill, now through snow as well)
+
1 mile walk back home
 
1 hour and a half hip hop class, but take my advice never work out with an injury! :P
 
ran 1 mile
walked 1 mile at various speeds and inclines
stretched really well
