Daily Exercise

I didn't have a lot of time to exercise today, but I figure that something was better than nothing:

15 minutes on the treadmill
15 minutes on the elliptical
 
Monday, Wed., Fridays I jog. If I have work on any of those days where I cant exercise then I do it after work by doing cardio kick butt on TV and pilates. Sat. Sundays I do the same except for jogging. ANd oh yeah! It usually takes an hour and 30 minutes max if I jog and do pilates on the same day!

I can't workout outside today and I'm not good at exercising at home, like I can't take it seriously :rolleyes:...so I guess I won't do anything -_-
 
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
35 minutes on the bike (to make up for the fact that I only exercised for 30 minutes yesterday)

I was meant to do 60 minutes strength training at the gym :ninja: I did only about 45.. dammit!

yesterday : 50 mns running, and 1 hour and a half pilates (didn't feel like studying for my exam... so did gym instead!)
I try to run 2 to 3 times a week, 1 hour each time.
 
half hour uphill run on treadmill
bicep curls: 4 x 12 @ 10 pounds
kick backs: 3 x 12 @ 7 pounds
skull crashers: 3 x 15 @ 7 pounds
50 squats
calves raises: 3 x 12
1 hour of house cleaning
 
30 minutes on the treadmill (I averaged about 3.5 speed with no incline)
15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the bike (I can't believe I went to 3.05 miles!)
