15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)
15 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with 1.0 incline & 3.5 speed with 2.0 incline)
15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the bike (5.65 miles

1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer

& I walked home from the gym

i have a question. i have been doing leg stretching for about a month now to gain more flexibility.

Ever since then i have noticed that whenever i wear fit pants my shirt seems to keep going in between my legs. Its like my crotch is sucking my shirt!

I have to keep holding my shirt away from my body and i dont know what to do.


Help?

um...i'm not sure exactly what you mean but perhaps it's just static.

Question everyone:Since I've been working out more reguarly, I have been so freaking hungry. I eat 3 meals, 3 snacks but I'm still so hungry. What do you guys do?
 
^ I eat one small snack (like fruit or nuts or a yogurt) every few hours, and I drink a lot of water. It keeps me from getting too hungry between meals. :flower:

Today I did a lot of walking outdoors, up and down the boardwalk (I'm at my friend's beach house) - I think about 2.5 to 3.0 miles probably.
 
Today I ran for sixty minutes on the treadmill.(did seven miles)
Then I worked out my whole upper body, especially my abs for one hour.

I also drink a lot of water or eat a small snack every few hours.

Today I did absolutely nothing more than run up two flights of stairs. I was so lazy.

Tomorrow! I'm planning to take a very long (and MUCH needed) walk, and, provided my knee is doing okay, possibly start jogging again.
