I biked A LOT today and took a long walk with my dogs. B) I think I probably biked about 5.5 miles up and down hills.

yesterday and today 1.5hour aerobics class. And my trainer is CRAZZZY!!
I'm going to the country tomorrow, so I guess I will be just walking and biking a lot B)

I didn't feel too hot yesterday, but I made myself go today:

30 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (6.05 miles! :buzz: )
stretching
& some walking

(Too bad I got caught in the rain when I was walking home! :( )

Saturday:
some walking

Today:
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)

Today I worked from 8:30am to 5:30pm, babysitting two kids under 4. That's a pretty good workout if you ask me!

1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
stretching
& I walked most of the way home from the gym

I'll jog for 1 - 2 hours, 7 - 15 miles. (10 - 20km-ish for you Europeans.)

It's like three or four days a week.

How do you guys keep the motivation for regular excercise? I always have spurts of motivation to work out, but that lasts like a week and i go back to being a couch potato!

^ Keeping healthy is the only motivation I need. :flower: I think about how I'd be in 30 years if I lay around all the time now...
