Daily Exercise

15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with 1.0 incline & 3.5 speed with 2.0 incline)
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.4 speed with 3.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (6.05 miles :buzz: )
stretching
& I walked home from the gym

25 mins elliptical
30 sit-ups
20 push-ups
30 squats /w 1.5kg dumbbells (arms stretched forward)

yesterday 1hour pilates, 1 hour aerobics
today stepper 10mins, weights and biking around the city with my friend about 1hour :)
 
35 mins on the stationary bike
15 mins on the elliptical
15 minutes of walking
+ stretching
 
30-minute swimming lesson
30 minutes on the elliptical

15 mins stationary bike - 3 miles
lots of lifting
abs
