YESTERDAY:
30min on the threadmill
15min on the elliptical
abs

TODAY:
30min on the threadmill
100 weight lifts (legs)
100 weight lifts (adductors)
15min on the threadmill
stretching
 
* Pilates class - 1 hr 15 min
* Yoga class - 1 hr 15 min
* Swing dancing - 1 hr 30 min
 
Yesterday:

15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.4 speed with 3.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (6.25 miles :woot: )
stretching
& I walked home from the gym
 
15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)
30 minutes on the bike (12 miles

- danced all night at Ruff Club
- walked blocks and blocks around Manhattan

Yesterday:

a lot of walking at a street art fair and around Evanston

Today:

1 hour swimming lesson
& I walked all the way home
 
I ran in a 500metre race today and I came first! :) I took 1minutes and 50 seconds.
 
I do pilates, I should start doing yoga again, and only 25 min. on the elliptical, cause I burn calories like crazy.
 
5 minutes warm up on tredmill @ 4.0
30 minutes on stationary bike @ level 10 (the highest)
20 minute walk cool down to keep my legs from being jello
dinner and about to do pilates.

Today's my rest day, but I did some walking and I'm about to do some core work. :D
