Daily Exercise

I didn't exercise like a week! :shock: but today finnaly i made myself to go to a 1,5 hour aerobics class!! :)
 
5 miles on the stationary bike
10 mins on the Stairmaster
15 mins jumping on the trampoline
10 mins of various leg weights
 
15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.0 incline)
15 minutes on the treadmill (3.4 speed with 3.0 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.56 miles :) )
stretching
& I walked home from the gym
 
25 minutes elliptical
50 crunches
50 leg lifts (25 with each leg)

Will do some dumbbell training for my arms later.
 
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
stretching
& some walking

whenever i go to the gym, which is usually like 2-3 times a week, i :

run for 35 mins on the eliptical (about 3.5-4 miles, 300-400 cals burned)
100-200 situps
50-100 crunches
30 leg lifts
bridges and downward dog poses
50 squats w/ 4 pound weights
8 reps of 10 weights for arms

and then i usually do about 100 situps in the morning, 100 at night everyday

that's killer:o...now i am wondering what are you eating?:shock:
and how old are you?
and the other question is...why that much and often?...you have to do it that way to get thin or stay thin? sorry for these questions i am just kinda amazed and confused:shock::unsure:
 
Hmm Today so far I walked my dog for 5km. I'm probably going to the gym a bit later on in the day followed by a run and then swimming later in the evening.

That is pretty impressive cutxpaste. I don't know if I'd focus that much on my abs though, but then again I'm a guy and we tend to focus on other parts. Have you ever tried woodchopper exercises? It's pretty good for cutting down the waistline.

@thingummybob: I think the reason that cutxpaste does that much is because it's hard to keep the fat off of the waist. I know I still have some from a few months ago when I stopped training.
 
Monday - 1 hr Hatha Yoga (first class!)
Tuesday - 1 hr Pilates (first class!); 3 hours dancing
Wednesday - Either a rest day OR I'm going to join this running group tonight. Hmmm.
 
yesterday-swimming
today-15 minutes on stepper(but i burned 260 calories just by that! :woot:) and 6x50 weight lifts for inner and outer thighs
 
45 minutes on the treadmill - 35 minutes of it running, 10 minutes walking cool down

100 sit-ups
 
My latest routine,

1. 60 Min. Treadmill
2. 20 Min. Pilates
3. 15 Min. Rope Skip
4. 200 Sit Ups
5. 15 Min. Weights
 
Todays routine for me was:
1. Run for 5 minutes.
2. Worked my chest.
3. Back on the treadmill for 5 mins.
4. Worked my biceps and triceps.
5. Back on the treadmill.
6. Worked my abdominals.
7. Back on the treadmill.
8. Worked my shoulders.
9. Back to abs.
10. worked my wings.
11. Back to abs.
12. Then went for a swim to cool down.
 
Today I...

- Took a 1 hr yoga class.
- Ran for 30 minutes.
- Walked tons.
- 1 hour of dancing.
 
Yesterday:
20min on the threadmill
20min on the elliptical
20min on the stationary bike
