Daily Exercise

Walked/ran 6 miles on a trail today. I did the same yesterday and plan to continue doing so everyday this summer. ^_^
 
a walk to the mall and back :innocent:

I plan on doing some pilates though
 
15 minutes on the treadmill (alternating between 3.5 speed with 1.5 incline & 3.5 speed with 2.0 incline)
1 hour of strength training with my personal trainer
stretching
& I walked home from the gym

15 minutes on the treadmill (3.5 speed with 1.5 incline)
15 minutes on the bike (5.65 miles :D )

& a lot of walking

25 Min Weight Training (My arms were SORE after this!)
15 Min Elliptical at 75RPM

but then ate huge dinner so I haven't done anything :ninja::angry:
 
I had a little summer lazyness thing going on, but I'm determined to get rid of it!:D
