Daily Exercise

Going on a cross country drill real soon. I hope it's not the Fun Run. :o

slept in this morning but I don't feel bad because I slept really hard which means I needed the rest! I'll get back on schedule tomorrow^_^

woke up a little late (i couldn't fall asleep last night), so i only ran 2.5 miles...i'm going to do 30 min of pilates before bed. today was my last day of school! so now i can focus on getting in shape/eating right which i find much easier in the summer :D

3.8 mile run..
back, biceps, abs..
stretch..

might go for a walk later today.. not sure yet..

41 minute exercise video, yay! If I could just keep it up...

I only want to lose 3 lbs, but it's damn impossible to lose it. If I lose 1 lb a month, I'm lucky. I don't understand how others can lose 10 lbs a month and I can't even manage one lb. Apart from the occasional ice cream and daily cappucino, I eat very healthy.

I wonder if it's because I used to work out so much and now when I do, I seem to bulk up right away rather than losing fat. Perhaps I'm not doing enough cardio.

I miss when I was a student and could devote so much time and energy to working out. Now with the kids, it's hard (eg, they always crawl under me when I do pushups, cover me with blankets when I do situps, etc.) I just have to get back into that mindset.

i use to make two laps of the outer circle in regents park, stoped a month ago and gained almost 6 pounds.

My coach said, today... that towards the end of summer, we're going to start going on 20-mile runs...

Is he nuts?!

41 minute exercise video. I think I'll be able to keep it up this summer. I just need more videos now!

20 min. heavy strength training (whole body)
30 min. run on treadmill
and in 1.5 hour I'm going on a 60 min. jog on the treadmill

mon, tues, thurs - 6 miles cycling
wed - 3 miles jogging (the first time in months!)
today - 6 miles cycling + whatever we do on critical mass (although i think the pace is so slow it hardly counts as 'exercise')

i need to start stretching again.

30 mins walk
30 mins run

i skipped my run yesterday...
feels good to get into it again
its amazing that even one day makes a difference in your energy levels
not to mention your mood....

but i woke up really early.. and it was so beautiful outside.. i decided to go for a walk..
ended up walking for 40 minutes...

yes, he is. it can't be very good for you. i know that those ultra marathons (like 70 miles) have the same effect on your body as if you had a minor heartattack. your body releases the same hormones.

not that 20 mile runs are nearly as long, but it still cant be great for you.
