i'm back into the exercise routine..took a bit of an extended break for a while there..oops..
so i tried something new today..
5 mins bike - 5 mins sprint - 5 mins rowing - 5 mins sprint - 5 mins bike - 5 mins abs / legs
then 15 mins weights
it felt good to switch up the cardio rather than doing a solid 30mins just on the bike or treadmill..
does anyone else do this?...any tips for most effective ways to do it?..
^ Hehe I've only been back on the exercise bandwagon for a few weeks too! (I took a break also hehe whoops!)
I have college all day today & no time to exercise so I only got the bus half the way to college and walked the other half. I turned down a lift & walked to and from the bus stop as well!
