Daily Exercise

- 30 minute powerwalk!

I made time to go considering I'll be sitting on my butt studying alllll day :lol:
 
im cranky because i couldnt do my jump rope exercise in peace, so im just doing some core exercises..its very boring, i feel like doing some cardio!
 
Just lots of walking around my college campus & I also walked to & from the bus stop
 
i'm back into the exercise routine..took a bit of an extended break for a while there..oops..

so i tried something new today..

5 mins bike - 5 mins sprint - 5 mins rowing - 5 mins sprint - 5 mins bike - 5 mins abs / legs

then 15 mins weights

it felt good to switch up the cardio rather than doing a solid 30mins just on the bike or treadmill..
does anyone else do this?...any tips for most effective ways to do it?..

^ Hehe I've only been back on the exercise bandwagon for a few weeks too! (I took a break also hehe whoops!)

I have college all day today & no time to exercise so I only got the bus half the way to college and walked the other half. I turned down a lift & walked to and from the bus stop as well!

It all helps I guess! :)
 
I need to get back into exercise (or should that just be get into exercise!). At the moment taking the stairs and walking is about it!
 
I have so much college work to do today it's not funny :(

But I made time for a 20 minute walk
 
30mins swim....god it wore me out..
i'm going to try and incorporate it into my workout..
maybe a swim once a week..

and i'm off to do some push ups / sit ups
 
pilates-about 20 minutes
and loads of walking around, as per usual.
