yesterday: 20 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike, 10 minutes various weight machines, 1 hour yoga class, 40 mins walking
today: only walking to and from school (but lots of brain exercise via studying, haha)
^i'd collapse after all of that anyway, besides my run this morning i ran after work (only stress relief I've got) - 2 miles along a public lake i just discovered.
emailme: are you doing your 1000 bike cycles on your back by counting each time one lef circles or when they both do.?
I havn't been here in a while! I just completed 15 mins elliptical
i do leg stretches on my back where i lift one leg to a 90 degree angle and to intensify it change my feet position from tip toe to just plain flat so it pulls the muscles more. im convincing myself itll make my legs longer and distribute fat more evenly therefore giving it better shape.
