Daily Exercise

Your certainly setting the pace there SirSunday....keep up the good work.

thanks :flower: i didn't make any resolutions with the new year...but i wanted to get back on track (literally) with exercise. in 4 weeks i'm signed up to run in a 10k, and i want a respectable finish.
 
ran 4 miles this afternoon. legs have been a bit sore the last couple days.
 
Ran a mile
Did the Stairmaster for 5 mins
Did the elliptical for 12 mins
200 abs exercises
 
boot camp in Golden Gate Park, running, situps, push ups, bleacher running, hill running, etc, all in an hour a day, rain or shine, 4 days a week---I'm exhausted!
 
ran 3 miles this morning at a faster pace...30 minutes of free weights
 
I've pulled a muscle in my leg which is MURDER no exercise for me for a few days :-( Though i've heard ben and jerrys ice cream is a very good substitue xD
 
Yesterday I did:

volleyball for an hour
walked 2.5 miles
lots of arm, back, butt exercises
 
1 hr swim before breakfast
1 hr gym work (light weights, treads)
1 hr volleyball match
2 hr rugby training (first time, literally anielated by young girls half my size)
and 6th form in between. i ache all over!
