Daily Exercise

:clap: GREAT WORK EVERYONE!!!

as for me, ran 4.4 miles this afternoon with a couple running buddies - moderate pace the entire run.
 
Everyone is doing a great job!!! :woot:
I try to run 10km every day and do my abs workout.
It's so refreshing now, in the midlle of all exams and stuff, it really clears my thought.
Keep on rockin, everyone!! ;)
 
^ Thanks for the link. That's such a great idea. Today I kept changing every song half way through because I'm so bored with all my music right now.

Today: 45 min run and ab workout.
 
Okay... so haven't been on since Wednesday. Yesterday was holidays here so today we didn't have lessons neither. :woot:
Wednesday: some walking around town... Nothing really. Did some stepper but can't remember exactly.
Thursday: 1h stepper. Not much.
Today: 50min stepper.

I think I'm not feeling right...

Turbo Jam cardio party 3 - 50mins
 
I ran 3.75 miles today.

First mile at 5.5 mph,
second mile at 5.6 mph,
third mile at 5.7 mph,
and then the last three fourths at 5.8 mph.

No walking this time! :magic:

Didn't get a run in yesterday...however did weight train for 30 minutes - again focused on shoulders, arms, abs, delts, did lunges and squats...trying to tone up for Summer weather...B)

Im always on ear out for new tracks. Workout fuel.....:woot:

Yesterday was aching too much from leg day. So today:
700 sit ups.
Jogged for an hour.

So... these little holidays have ended well!!! But it's been an down down down and then up!!! Graphic proof :lol::

As for me, this morning: ran 4.4 miles around my favorite spot. This week looks a bit busy though, so hopefully I'll be able to fit in some workouts.

Mon~ 15mins elliptical 45mins Pilates
Fri~ elliptical 30 mins
bike~hill ~30 mins

Sat~ spinning class 45 mins~ our instructor kicked our butts, Good workout!

Today~ Yoga 1 hr!
