yeah, this could be it. but i never feel like eating right after working out... i eat anyway because you have to but the next day i always eat a little bit more than usual. i don't know. i guess everyone is different.
today i only walked..but tomorrow i'm planning to do a long work out. if i'm not sick..my throat is acheing a little bit. does anyone know if it's bad to work out when you have a cold? ( like throat ache and so, not fever)
U not eating right after working out, because u are like 2 hours or more, just drinking and loosing at the same time calories, and ur stomach gets used to that situation(is a lil hard to explain) and ur stomach dont "asks" u for food, and that results that ur stomach size decrease and ur decrease of apetite.
Hope that make myself clear.
U can surely workout, if have a weak cold, like u said not big deal, workout inside, not outside, well depends of the day, but is better inside.
Workingout will help to get better of that cold because u sweat, but I dont know explain why, but surely u will get better
