Daily Exercise

yeah, this could be it. but i never feel like eating right after working out... i eat anyway because you have to but the next day i always eat a little bit more than usual. i don't know. i guess everyone is different.

today i only walked..but tomorrow i'm planning to do a long work out. if i'm not sick..my throat is acheing a little bit. does anyone know if it's bad to work out when you have a cold? ( like throat ache and so, not fever)

U not eating right after working out, because u are like 2 hours or more, just drinking and loosing at the same time calories, and ur stomach gets used to that situation(is a lil hard to explain) and ur stomach dont "asks" u for food, and that results that ur stomach size decrease and ur decrease of apetite.

U can surely workout, if have a weak cold, like u said not big deal, workout inside, not outside, well depends of the day, but is better inside.
Workingout will help to get better of that cold because u sweat, but I dont know explain why, but surely u will get better:flower:

i really wanna workout but i got back from swim park all sunburnt! moving hurts. hurry up and go away!

when my sister started working out/more, she got really hungry too like she felt like was starving all the time.
if im properly hydrated before/during/after then i usually dont feel hungry, i hear that sometimes its not hunger just thirst! but i think something like appetite can fluctuate a lot and there can be many different reasons for it.

i found some English magazines here in Seoul (not so widely available) so I bought "Shape" and it motivates me a lot to read about new workout routines! Adds some excitement!

Interesting. Exercise generally suppresses appetite, including period after.
Very possibly due to temperature, why you have appetite after swimming.

Finished routine this week:

Stretch , warm up.
Twelve sets of squats.
Eight sets of leg extensions.
Dumbbell Oblique Side Bends, eight sets.

Hour of rowing.
700 Sit-ups.

Yeah, I'm NEVER hungry after I work out.

And wow ... an hour of rowing followed by 700 situps? INTENSE! I rowed for a bit in college and it is so, so intense - I can't believe you did an hour straight. Great job!

Anyhow, im thinking of taking that rowing machine back, and complaining.
Not only does it sink, but it never gets me anywhere........:innocent:
 
Today:
Warm up, stretch.
Twelve sets of dumbbell bench press.
Four sets of pull overs.
Four sets of dumbbell flys.

Felt drained today.
Dropped a couple of reps, so did extra heavy last set on dumbbell press, to compensate.

No doubt water is a tool for suppressing appetite.
Considering body is mostly water, its obviously important to replenish.
Although i do agree with effects can be different amongst people.

Yesterday - 30 minutes of cardio followed by a round of upper body weight training.

I really need to get on the bike today...but I have so many errands to run. Maybe later today.
 
Today:
Warm up, and stretch.
Eight sets of barbell curls, increased weight on last four sets, integrated with eight sets of standing barbell French press .. Increased weight on last four sets.
Four sets of standing overhead dumbbell extensions.
Four sets of tri-cep dumbbell kick backs.

Had fire in my blood today.....kinda different from yesterday. :lol:

35 minutes of cardio (jump rope on floor, jumping around it)
15 minutes of treadmill.
yep.
 
Went for a run today and did my usual ab workout. We'll be opening our pool in a few weeks so I can start swimming!
 
I changed things up a bit last night:

30 min badminton
30 min run outside in the park, in a trail with stairs-- quite the cardio workout.
 
I did 100 crunches + 15 minutes treadmill.
I was not in the mood for my bulk of cardio, will continue tomorrow.
