Daily Exercise

30 minutes of cardio (jump rope on floor, jumping around it)
20 minutes of treadmill.

last night i was so exhausted and a bit bummed, had a bad day.... but i decided to go to the gym anyways, and it helped a lot!! it was so late too, 11:30pm but i'm glad i went. i did:

run 2 miles on treadmill
100 sit-ups

working out is the best way to cheer up i think!

I've been walking throughout the last week and yesterday I got a workout from going around the room I was painting in and taping where I was going to paint, then painting primer, then later actual paint. My legs are sore.

yesterday was my first time back to the track after a week. i think my body hated that i took such a long time off because i am super sore today...actually, my legs started cramping up after the first 5 mins of running yesterday so i had to stop after 30mins. i had to leave and go home...i was so disappointed. i think it's time for me to start taking glutamine supplements to help recover faster and hopefully that will help with post-workout soreness.

Started exercising regularly again two weeks ago. It's crazy how much fitter I've gotten in just those few days. Did 45 min. on the treadmill yesterday.

Read in a fitness mag that running and walking makes you smarter by improving your memory and thinking (but other exercise like swimming do not). I always did a workout on the treadmill before my Calculus exam and I always get 100%. The one time I did not run, I did not get 100%. Hmm...

today I walked 2 hours through a huge vineyard and I walked fast sometimes ran and only had a small break. I wanted to make photos in the forest just try something out and in the end it was too dark in the forst and I thought "That was of no eartly use" but then it reminded me of this thread and it was kind of a workout

Hello everyone!

Do you mind if I join your group? :flower: I try my best to get exercise in every day - I'm currently on a turbo jam (kick-boxing) stint, which I love! I've been following this thread and it seems like a great way to have some sort of accountability...

I just recovered from a stomach flu that didn't allow me to exercise for 2 days. :( But, today, I did a 20 minute turbo jam workout and 10 minutes on abs. I normally like to do 40-60 minutes of kick-boxing and maybe 10 minutes of abs - when I feel normal, which unfortunately, isn't now.

Cheers all!

wheuw it has been way too long from my last post...and i have been bit lazy about gym. Weather has just been so amazing and warm so i have walked or biking everywhere.
anyway, today my body just screamed that i need to go to gym. So i did...and did 45min in trademill. hahah thats it. but my body tought it is ok.

i have not been here for quite some time. :[

but my physique got just better.i finnaly can do about 50 minutes of powerwalk [before i was happy and tired as hell after only 20min].

today : pinpong for 90 minutes. well, it was more *flying around the table and trying to hit the ball * O.O :D

does anybody know a good excercise for, well im not quite sure how is it called in english, lowerback [?] .>.> and with no equipment. i have no time for gym now T-T.

rollagasper> if that is true ..... O.O but i suppose it mayb be a psychological kind of thing. anyway, interesting.

Good Luck everybodyyyy ^o^b

I reckon best exercise for lower back, without any weights, are "Good mornings".
Supermans.
Back hyper extensions.

Lower back can be a real benefit strengthened up. I used to suffer quite alot with pain there. This is not a medical cure, this worked for me, but extreme care should be taken ........I did straight legged dead lift , with weights, every day for a week. By the end of the week, i could hardly budge a kilo. Gave it five days, approx', rest, then hit dead lifts, gained 20 kilos on a lift! Plus never had any back trouble again.
:woot:

Be interested in any study on this. Ive read several reports that say different things concerning this subject.
