I try my best to get exercise in every day - I'm currently on a turbo jam (kick-boxing) stint, which I love! I've been following this thread and it seems like a great way to have some sort of accountability...
But, today, I did a 20 minute turbo jam workout and 10 minutes on abs. I normally like to do 40-60 minutes of kick-boxing and maybe 10 minutes of abs - when I feel normal, which unfortunately, isn't now.

Read in a fitness mag that running and walking makes you smarter by improving your memory and thinking (but other exercise like swimming do not). I always did a workout on the treadmill before my Calculus exam and I always get 100%. The one time I did not run, I did not get 100%. Hmm...
