Daily Exercise

^^What you really want to know exacly?

:p Well, what does one do in these situations? Im totally clueless when it comes to excercising...all I can think of is jumping jacks, squats, pushups and crunches.:lol:...

I tried a power yoga DVD for some time but it was too long and slow and had no cardio. DVD suggestions...specific excercise suggestions...ideas on working out while traveling...would be good I guess...:flower:
 
^^There´s a buch of exercises that you can do at home without anything.
If that is what u want...tell me what muscles do u want to workout.
 
nice & quiet on a saturday night and chilly too! just like how i like it, the air conditioning was so cold it kind of hurt my nose to breathe haha

1 hour on elliptical, 5 miles cardio
1 hour on treadmill, 3.28 miles walking because ive been stuck in the house
30 reps tricep
30 reps tricep seat
30 reps biceps
30 mins row
30 mins bike, 4.25 miles

its actually better for me that have a lot on my mind. i get to think about everything while im working out and it makes time go by faster
 
Yesterday 2 mile run/jog
About to do the same today I keep telling myself it's good for me! lol it's the only thing keeping this pattern going!
 
played sand soccer for about 4 hours yesterday. lifted weights for an hour today, and stayed inside mainly.
 
ran 1 mile today... (didn't have time for two) have to head to work now
thinking of adding in some core or yoga or something to the mix!

  • Gym
- 5 min ellyptical to warm up
- 1:10 h - weight exercices
-10 min of ellyptical to finish the training

crunches this evening didnt run :( kinda mad that I didnt find the time but I'll make up for the lost mile tomorrow!
 
Used the treadmill on Saturday and some leg and ab exercises in the last week but these last couple of days are too hot for much activity
 
I sacked the gym off yesterday too and went swimming instead. So I am sore today because I am not used to swimming so much! So today I am resting. I did do some shopping in heels though. That counts right? Hehe
 
Today

  • Gym:
- 7 min of ellyptical to warmup
- 2: 30 h of weight training (chest, shoulders, bicep, tricep, backs, legs, abs)...with some breaks of course
- 10 min of ellyptical to finish the training
