I would say for me it was an effective way for fat- loss, and it's simple because you don't need equipment. But I hated it so much, so I turned to other things instead. But it was one of the most effective ways for me personally, just a shame I hated it.would people suggest running one of the most effective ways for fat-loss?






nooo .. I have always been into fitness. I used to run + sprint when I was younger and it gave me a lot of muscle in my legs. I wouldnt recommend it.
