Swimming- love, love, love the water!
Although it might appear minute next to your reports of exercise... I did 5 minutes of skipping and now I'm off for a 7 hour shift at work!!! AHHHHH.



I've never even pulled a muscle before, so I don't know if its a serious injury or just a little something. And it's the muscle right where your upper thigh meets your body, which is strange.
