Oooookay, I know I'm a bad girl. 3 weeks ago I crushed my little toe against a chair and I thought it was broken, cause it hurt like hell etc. Some hour later I discovered that although it obviously wasn't broken it was pretty bad anyway. I didn't wanna give up on my just recently picked up habit of doing a 30 minutes run outside everyday, so I went jogging nevertheless. A baaaaad mistake, cause after I had done it two times the toe began getting worse and worse. A week later I managed to hurt the same toe again, this time I ran against my own bed, and the while things started anew. *sigh* I realised it didn't make any sense to go running, cause my toe wouldn't get better from it either, so I left it out.
I went running for the first time after almost 2 weeks yesterday and it was okay. I know I have to go again today, but I don't want to! grrr.
You know, it' so bad, I started liking and enjoying running every day (normally running/jogging is the kinda sport I HATE the most of all´, cause it is so boring) and then I hurt my toe and now I don't want to go anymore.
Arrrgh!
