I have worked out most days over the past several weeks - I just haven't recorded it here.
 
Oooookay, I know I'm a bad girl. 3 weeks ago I crushed my little toe against a chair and I thought it was broken, cause it hurt like hell etc. Some hour later I discovered that although it obviously wasn't broken it was pretty bad anyway. I didn't wanna give up on my just recently picked up habit of doing a 30 minutes run outside everyday, so I went jogging nevertheless. A baaaaad mistake, cause after I had done it two times the toe began getting worse and worse. A week later I managed to hurt the same toe again, this time I ran against my own bed, and the while things started anew. *sigh* I realised it didn't make any sense to go running, cause my toe wouldn't get better from it either, so I left it out.

I went running for the first time after almost 2 weeks yesterday and it was okay. I know I have to go again today, but I don't want to! grrr.

You know, it' so bad, I started liking and enjoying running every day (normally running/jogging is the kinda sport I HATE the most of all´, cause it is so boring) and then I hurt my toe and now I don't want to go anymore.
Arrrgh!

Nothing, I got home late and had a nasty headache.

Wednesday
30 minutes spinning
 
Monday: 20 minutes elliptical + 30 minutes lap swim
Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical
Today: 30 minutes elliptical/treadmill

I've been walking and swimming more than ever this past week while on vacation--unfortunately, today was the last day, so I have a feeling there will be a lack of posts from me in this thread in the upcoming days. :(

Weights, steps and planks - 30 minutes
I would have worked out longer but wanted to see my man (Obama) speak!
 
Done some kettlebells. Am achy from doing them yesterday though. Then I'll walk a few miles into town and around it.
 
This week so far...

Tuesday: Spinning 1h
Wednesday: Poweryoga 90min
Thursday: Pilates 60min

and now I'm off to spinning again..
 
i must get back into the rhythm of exercising...

2 weeks i was sick *** and last week I had no time after university.... it's assessment time ... GAH!

I promise i'm just taking my gym clothes in my car with me everywhere.. when I find a spare moment I'm doing exercises in any gym I'm closest too...
 
since im on a vacation Ive started to do regurlar exercise again(...and stop smoking again).Every day I go roller skating and swimming! it feels nice...When I start college clases I want to go to the gym like I used to!!
 
I go the elliptical in my room everyday, or if the weather is nice I try to go outside and run. Puts me in such a good mood :) I guess the thing about exercise endorphins is true! Haha.
 
Friday - about 45 minutes spinning and ab & core
Saturday - 30 minutes spinning
Sunday - rest day
Monday - 30 minute run (though I may do something later)
