I used to be such a good girl and went to the gym atleast 2 times a week. But I've been so lazy this summer.. I think I have to start going again soon.

I'm not sure what muscle exactly you are talking about, but the piriformis stretch works well for the back of the thigh under the butt.can anyone tell me a good stretch for the muscle that runs down the back of your leg from just beneath your bum to the top of your knee? thanks!
I just got back from 5 days of not caring about my body and totally consumed a disgusting amount of calories and BEER.
I usually post on here that I have done pilates or the elliptical- those are my two excercises.
However- does someone have some advice I can use to get back on track without turning all the grub I ate into muscle? Because I know with the elliptical it bulksup muscle quite a bit.
