BACK IN THE GAME!
1 hour and 10 mins of work out time tonight..
20 mins elliptical
rest of time spent doing legs (inner and outer) and buttock weights and circuit ab exercises...
I'm so sore and tired 3 weeks away really impacts your fitness level I'll tell you that much!

I've been working so much! I've also been doing a lot more walking and stairs than usual, which has kept me from feeling totally awful about not going to the gym or something.



Love that after exercise feel, you get such a buzz.
