Daily Exercise

Ran to the gym on an alternate route, 3.5 miles
Once there did a set of 30 crunches in between sets of chest and back training. Did about 200 crunches there.
Ran home, another 3.5 miles
 
This thread motivates me to make working out a daily thing :flower:

8 minute ab
20 minute pilates
20 minute JM shred
8 minute ab

I feel like I'm not doing anything compared to all of you. You guys sure do a lot more than me!
 
today: 30 min elliptical, 30min slow run on treadmill (YAY), crunches, 10 min stretching
 
This morning - 45 minute power walk with my dog.
I'm planning on going out again later tonight with my other dog. This keeps us ALL trim....lol.
 
Yesterday:
40min treadmill (15min fast walk with 3.7 miles) 20 min elliptical
15 min stretching.
 
Ran to the gym-3.5 miles
Did 3 sets each on the leg press, calf raises, hamstrings, butt, all lower body.
Lost track of how many crunches I did, but a ton.
 
3 hours stretching every muscle group and ballet jazz dancing!
gosh I love weekends!!
 
Friday: 40 mins of intense cardio (running and jogging) clocked 320-ish calories burnt..
Did lunges/pulsing lunges for 2-3 mins straight, same with squats and abdominal work.. (roughly one song duration each, i lost count so used my songs as a measure, I'm still sore)
Free weights for arm toning as well.. :)

exercising on the treadmill is so boring..

i went iceskating and yoga the last two days
