I did not work out on Thanksgiving. I did go for a long walk around the city my parents live in, Seattle, but I didnt break a sweat or anything...It had to have been 2 miles, maybe more.
Anyway today I had to work off the Thanksgiving food and so I ran to the gym (3.5 miles) and did 200 crunches, all butt workouts, squats, just butt everything, and I really upped the weight on the machines and I did a great job. Hope I'm sore tomorrow.

In addition to bi-weekly yoga/pilates I'm already doing, I should really start weight training...
I TRY to do 30 mins of treadmill 5 days a week (in all honesty, I have been missing out on 2 or was it 3 whole weeks but am getting back into it slowly) and 24 sets of squats 3 times a week.
