Daily Exercise

I did not work out on Thanksgiving. I did go for a long walk around the city my parents live in, Seattle, but I didnt break a sweat or anything...It had to have been 2 miles, maybe more.

Anyway today I had to work off the Thanksgiving food and so I ran to the gym (3.5 miles) and did 200 crunches, all butt workouts, squats, just butt everything, and I really upped the weight on the machines and I did a great job. Hope I'm sore tomorrow. :D
 
I fell out of my routine for a couple weeks, and I'm just getting back.
20 min jog/walk
30 min elliptical
10 min stretching

But I think I'm losing muscle mass :doh: In addition to bi-weekly yoga/pilates I'm already doing, I should really start weight training...
 
I feel slightly ashamed since my [not even] daily workout session is nowhere as lengthy or exertive as the majority :(I TRY to do 30 mins of treadmill 5 days a week (in all honesty, I have been missing out on 2 or was it 3 whole weeks but am getting back into it slowly) and 24 sets of squats 3 times a week.
 
Well considering the Thanksgiving weekend I am currently in the middle of, I have not done much. I have done plenty of eating though, oh wait I take that back, I did walk the dog for about 20 min.s a couple days ago. I have to get back on the treadmill and quick!
 
Hehe well Thanksgiving is a great excuse for everyone :lol:

It's getting better I think, thank you for asking :) I am going to make my next physical therapy appointment on Monday. So we will see how that goes, I hope they can give me something different to do this time. I guess it's a waiting game isn't it?
 
30 minutes pilates. I just started working out again. Man, my muscles are sore. lol
 
Yesterday: 50 min slow jog outside
today: 40 min slow jog outside

both days 10 min stretching
 
I just did 45 minutes of pilates at 1 am because Britney got me in the dancing mood.
I also danced Friday and Saturday night into the weeeeee hours
 
last week i spent too much time on the treadmill and lifted some weights ;)

today, i just danced to some of britney's songs :lol: i had fun though!
 
A very short workout day.
Ran 4 miles to gym
100 crunches
3 sets of squats
6 sets of seated calf raises
3 sets of lat pull downs
3 sets of shoulder press
3 sets of incline chest press
4 sets of regular chest press
5 minutes of push-ups

18 mph approx.
forgot to reset the damn computer but been on this course many times before
60s & sunny with light wind out of the south...
